Behemoth Warhorn activated but cant find mount

Hello all,

Can anyone help me? I have purchased the Behemoth Warhorn from Jonathas in Old Gridania (10.6x 6.2) for 6 achievement coins. I activated the Warhorn in my inventory but the mount is not showing up in Character> Mount Guide.
I had my partner who is a veteran of the game double check my inventory, Chocobo Saddlebag, the mount guide area, and all over with no results. He told me to create a bug ticket but we realized later it says no one will respond to that ticket.

He did mention that the mount use to be an old veteran reward. Do I need to be subscribed for more than 30 days?

Also to mention when I speak to Jonathas again and try to purchase it wont let me purchase another Warhorn and tells me "Unable to complete transaction. You can not carry more than one of this untradable item."

Does anyone know were I might be able to find the mount?

Issue is resolved for all who is wondering I somehow was clicked on favorite's tab in the mount guide and we didn't see the tab 1 till just now when I got another mount. Figured I would give update incase anyone else runs into this issue in the future.
