Pause Timer Countdown While Waiting for Players to Fill

Like the title says, I feel like this would be a good quality of life addition. There have been a number of times where I get into a duty and someone leaves, while we wait for a replacement to come in, the timer to the duty ending keeps ticking down. It would be a very nice quality of life improvement to simply pause that timer while the party is looking for a replacement through Duty Finder so that the time it takes to find a replacement doesn't count against the players who are already in there. It would encourage people to stay and wait for a replacement instead of going back to the duty finder and queueing again to avoid potentially running out of time.

Why though? In most cases you can still make significant progress with 3/4 or 6/8 or 18/24. Missing members do not make progress impossible, and the timer doesn't need to stop if people are missing. And in those rare cases where you spend so much time waiting for replacements that the duty expires, there were far worse problems with the party than just that there were people missing.

The duty timer is extremely generous compared to the amount of time needed to complete a duty. Even if you're stuck waiting a half hour for a replacement, there should still be more than enough time to finish the duty.

As Rongway said, if players are leaving the party to requeue then the party probably has worse problems than waiting for a replacement that need to be addressed.

Honestly if the lockout timer runs out for anything less than an extreme, you likely weren't going to clear anyway. Those timers are more than generous for story difficulty content, more for making sure instances can be cycled out than to penalize you for failing.
