Sometimes boss fights start with an undersized party while waiting for the Duty Finder to refill the party.

Currently, the arena is sealed, preventing people from entering the boss arena. If a player joins in progress after the arena is sealed, they must wait.

Players should be prompted to move into a sealed arena after joining a duty in-progress.
