Moogle Beast Tribe No quest past Sworn

Hi there, I would like to start off with the fact that I am not a smart person, so please forgive the ignorance. I completed the Heavensward Beast tribes 'Vanu Vanu', and the 'Vath' to Bloodsworn. I have completed the story including Endwalker. Moogles have been sitting at Sworn (rank 7) for a week now and I cannot find any quests to advance past that part. I see online I am supposed to go to Master Mogzin but he has no quests available.

Master Mogzin is supposed to give "The Zenith of Craftmanship" quest, but I do not see anyone with that quest. I have the previous quest "Piecing Together the Past" completed in my log as well as the dance and achievement to go along with it.

I am sorry ahead of time if this is the wrong place and for wasting your time with I'm sure a stupid question.

Are you certain you've maxed out your reputation at Sworn?

You said that you been at Sworn rank for about a week but I not certain whether you mean that is how long your reputation has been maxed as Sworn or when you initially reached it. If I remember correctly (it's been a while) it takes about 12 days to reach maximum reputation at Sworn.

If you are maxed at Sworn, then I can't think of any reason why Master Mogzin wouldn't have the final quest for you. All I can suggest is to check your quest Journal to make certain you didn't already pick up the quest but didn't complete it.
