    can't seem to do a fresh download of the game

    ive got the game downloaded but when im trying to download the patches it crashes anywhere from 33%-45% of the way through downloading. I just built a new computer and ive done everything from restarting routers, internet service, modem restarts and computer restarts but every single time it crashes at the same spot. what gives?

    Edit: crash codes are 30413 10009 10020

    What have you tried so far to alleviate the issue? Does this issue occur when the locally saved content in the 'My Documents' folder?
