Valkyrie Crossover Event

I am very much hoping for a Valkyrie cross over event now that there is a new game releasing soon. Also Elysium looks fun, if not very much like a Valkyrie Profile game.

Tri-Ace isn't involved and they handed it over to a low budget shovelware studio. I really don't want it celebrated as is, I've never had excitement turn to despair this sharply in my life.

Personally, the genre switch is totally fine with me even as a fan but the studio making it, the pure jank way it looks and the 2022 projected release date all inspire a level of dread.

Be thrilled to be proven wrong, since I'm buying it anyway out of sheer stupid loyalty to my dead franchise.

If they do an event where you actually gain some Einherjars as Trusts towards the end, that would be the coolest thing ever. But that would take a lot more time and effort to implement so highly unlikely. I miss Valkyrie Profile.

That would be an incredible amount of work for them to do for a cross over event. I think the most we could hope for would be outfits and maybe a minion or something like that.

I am going to be buying it because I think it looks fun and will be something different than what I have been playing the last few years. It is definitely a departure from the Valkyrie Profile series, since they don't seem to even bother naming the protagonist and only call her "Valkyrie". They could still do another Valkyrie Profile entry for Hrist, and maybe if this takes off well enough they will seriously consider it.

While I'm personally not sold on the new game, I wouldn't have any real issue at all with some sort of crossover event. I wouldn't expect anything huge but even just some cosmetics would be nice.

I still think they should have used Nibelung Valesti for the DRG unique LB3.

I wouldn't mind a few glams. I was always a huge fan of Hrists whole look.

It can have glamour for every role there
