Demi GCD latency issues

I was wondering if there was any way to make the gcd recast for the first gcd after a demi is summoned to 2 seconds rather then the basic 2.5 seconds sometimes my internet likes to eat my 6th demi gcd like i use it right as the timer goes away and i just stand there and do nothing instead if it gets eaten by latency

melds dont help if i randomly get a slight spike ive had 2.44 recast and still had the issue occasionally if i was able to get better net i would but spectrum is all i got around here : /
