Request: Make all PVP modes available to be played

Reason: I'm trying to get the achievement Between a Rock and a Hard Place V so I can get the Field Commander's Coat, but with the cycling of PVP modes, I it a pain to attempt due to the fact that, if you don't spam it that day, you have to wait for it to come around.

They had to do a cycle because people would only choose one version (usually Shatter) and the others would never get queues to pop. This was the compromise.
