    FFXIV.exe error codes

    Hello my friends!

    recently I've had My Significant other have multiple crashes when trying to start their game. they run the Steam Version of the game and i've given them just about everything I would normally troubleshoot

    we have:
    restarted/powered down/hard shutdown
    updated nvidia graphics drivers
    Made sure that the game is starting in windowed mode, not full screen by editing the ffixv boot.cfg file
    verfied the game files integrity via steam
    removed and deleted everything third party that may have conflicted and cause issues

    here is the full error message that they are getting when the game crashes

    Same Thing

    I've been getting that same exact message today. I can log back in after the crash, but the game crashes very soon after. I've done a full closing and reloading of Steam (which is the platform I play through), tried turning directx 11 off, and am currently using the restore game data option on the FFXIV launcher. My next step is to completely power down the computer and restart.

    We would like to further assist with this issue. Please provide a system report from the game by going to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.' Copy and paste the details of the selection to this post when replying back.
