Clarification about CWLS with DC Travel?

Regarding CWLS + DC Travel Live Letter Discussion on 3/4/2022: Is it basically a whole different set of CWLSs per logical DC you're on or will there be CWLSs that are in your list taking up space that you can't use unless you're on the right logical DC?

I'm assuming entirely different CWLS lists per logical DC, but I didn't see it mentioned anywhere so I wanted to get clarification.

From watching the PLL, it seems at first that CWLS will not work with DC Travel, but in a later patch, they'll have it to where you can join CWLS of another data centre.

However, that being said, it does seem like they will only work when you're in that DC.

IE: I'm on Primal, and while visiting friends on Crystal, I get an invite to a Hunt CWLS. While I'm on Primal, I won't be able to interact with it, but it will still be in my list, but when I return to visit Crystal, I can freely use it.
