    And here i thought i was done with the msq roulette for now after finishing leveling all the DoW/DoM (know i dont need to to that for the tomes but for getting most tome in one running pre would be best for me at least, i hate pvp) well atleast I´am getting one week for recharging

    They're repeated rewards before. It's probably so players who weren't able to get them in the past have another opportunity.
