Add a new Special FATE boss every two patch?

Compared to S Hunt which is pretty much just a first-come first-serve and bosses falls so fast in matter of minutes, I like Special FATE Boss more as people always wait until it is 20 minutes left to begin the fight (at least in Tonberry), and it usually takes 10 minutes to take it down, so latecomers can still have a chance for full reward.



I always struggle to do S Hunt in other worlds in time, but I never arrive late for Special FATE because people actually wait and the boss is actually tough enough.


And, of course, new cosmetic rewards too.

I think just adding more rewards would be a start. If you don't like the very small range of prizes then there's little reason to do the FATEs beyond once for the experience.

They slowly added more rewards to the ShB gemstone vendors over the course of Shadowbringers and I'm certain they'll be doing it again for the Endwalker vendors. Definitely they're worth repeating for any player trying to earn gil since not everyone wants to FATE grind but may still want some of the gemstone rewards.

I wasn't thinking of the gemstone rewards though, but the unique rewards like the Gaja outfit this time and the frog suit in Shadowbringers. They only release the one thing (or set of things) per expansion and it's usually ugly.
