Unable to enter Gyr Abania

Worth asking, since "Gyr Abania" is not a zone as such – are you having trouble with all Gyr Abanian regions (Fringes, Peaks, Lochs, Rhalgr's Reach)? Have you tried entering the problem zone in multiple ways (teleport, land routes)? What about dungeons noted as located in this region?

If all four zones are malfunctioning, what about the other Stormblood zones? (Kugane, Ruby Sea, Yanxia, Azim Steppe)

The last one I tried to zone into was Rhalgr's, and via teleport. I'm pretty sure this was the same teleport I had issue with in December too, but it was so many months ago I might be wrong about that. I haven't tested the other parts of GA, but I've been through Kugane, Azim and Ruby Sea without any dramas at all. I think the teleport is going through because restarting the game dumps me on the loading screen for that region vs where I was coming from. Will have to test out running across the border and other teleports when I have days off next week

Ok life went a little sideways there and I'm just getting back to this now... the issue is ONLY in Fringes. I've tried running across borders from both The Peaks and East Shroud as well as teleporting and neither worked. I end up having to Visit Another Home World from the character select screen to force my character back to Limsa.
