Being Able to Reinstance into House

I have no idea what prevents people from being able to stay in their house while doing roulettes instead of being spit out on the yard, or what it'd entail to fix this, but it'd be greatly appreciated if the team was able to make a solution for this. As an FC house designer, I feel like not enough people go into the house to hang out because of this problem, and it makes my work feel a little fruitless.

House interiors are instances all their own. When you enter, it opens. When you leave, it closes. That's why it works the way it does.

I wish we could teleport directly into our house/apartment. I've become used to sitting in main city, going to my house while in a que, and then being deposited back into the city for easy decon. Que up, teleport to my house.. repeat on ESO.

While I understand we can't be put back into our homes due to the nature of instancing, it would be nice to bypass two load screens by being able to go directly into your home from our teleport menu.

It used to, but it caused a lot of glitches and problems, and plus, if that happens, they have to keep the housing instance open while you aren't using it, which uses more resources.

It's because as Vahlnir said, due to housing interiors being instanced, the interior furnishings are only placed when you enter - when you leave the interior is 'deleted', so having you log back in outside the house if you happen to logout or enter another instance/duty while inside one is prevent you inadvertently zoning back into where a furnishing now is due to someone changing the furnishing arrangement while you were in the duty, resulting in you glitching into the furnishing and getting stuck.. or worse, crashing your game (this actually happened early on with housing, hence SE quickly implemented this change to fix it.).

Obviously this is only a potential issue for FC houses or personal houses with other players as tenancies, but personal chambers and apartments are also included in this process, probably just for sheer pragmatism. Unfortunately I don't see them changing this.

Seems logical. But how come we can reinstance in an inn room ? (Genuine question really, I can’t see the difference between my home and an in room ; imo, those are same type of instances, no?)

Edit : saw Enkidoh answer as well, furnitures are differents in each player home, not in the inn room I guess.

Those are static, no info to store. It's like the Waking Sands and Rising Stones.

    Yeah. Inn rooms never change.

While I cannot give a specific date on when personal housing will be implemented, I can say that prices will be completely separate from free company housing, and, naturally, far more affordable.
