Increase penalty for people leaving roulettes

This problem seems to be getting worse and it's seriously getting on my nerves at this point. It used to just be Castrum but now I just see people leaving rouls left and right. This is especially painful when you're queued up as a DPS and basically your entire party leaves. Now you're effectively sitting in queue all over again because someone didn't like the hand they were given on something literally called "roulette." Crank up that penalty time to like 6 hours or something when the leave meets certain conditions. I and so many others are getting really, really tired of having time wasted or slowed down because these babies aren't getting what they want. I only have so much time in my day and I don't want to spend it basically being punished for what someone else is doing. Better yet stick all the leavers with each other so they can enjoy each others' presence exlusively.
