Fatal Directx Error (Game will not open)

Ive been having this directx error for weeks now, started appearring after a certain patch and the game wont launch with directx 11, it just shuts down. Tried everything possible- Launched with c drive, reinstalled drivers, game, directx. Asked customer care support, Theyve tried helping me for weeks and all solution failed, they just said theyre out of options and asked me to play the game in directx9. Any help would be appreciated.

1) Try to install all Windows Updates, your Windows is a few versions behind.
2) Try to shutdown all background programs, use msconfig to minimal boot if neccessary.
3) Please perform a restore data file via launcher; caution: game download everything from scratch

Hey. Which motherboard do you have? Because your BIOS seems to be really outdated. If you run the Ryzen-Plattform then newest BIOS is really important.

The game was working fine until a certain patch, The game shows this error whenever i launch it. If i ignore the error box, alt + tab and i can play the game until i click on system config from menu and the game freezes, I have to click OK on the error box and the game closes. Yes i tried the game via c drive and it still persists

You have Gshade installed. Please disable it if possible. If it does not help then do also not overclock. Sometimes overclocking is not very obvious. Things like XMP oder D.O.C.P. are also overclocking etc.

I also have this error since Patch 6.08. game crashes with dx11 error 110002 and then will not start again (error 100000). A system restart resolves the issue temporarily.

Certain events like changing job class, teleporting, or summoning a retainer seem to trigger the error
