You run a dungeon and get tons of battle/magic materia, items to buy battle/magic materia and gear, yet you get nothing to give to gathers/ crafters. In the spirit of equity, the should be two options that SE uses to grant gear; either:

A: include random chance at crafting/gathering gear and materia in battle dungeons(other than map dungeons(thought they need gear too). Or,

B: Seperate the materia and create separate "gatherers and crafter ONLY" maps. In battle dungeons, at end of run a random chance for a "battle" map(once per day) is rewarded and lotted. Where as gatherers could do what they do now and gather from field. Crafters could be rewarded a random "map" from a "turn in" vendor.

Gatherers map would lead to an old gatherers attempt of moogle tree, mine of fishing spot. Success would reward not top tier stuff, but equavalent to dungeon gear and materia and/or turn in items

Crafters could attempt to craft "mysterious items" based on "map" level and reward with random things.

Now before you say there already is white/script and purple scrip turn in for those things. The same arguement can be made for dungeon gear and materia.

Its just nice to get extra free stuff to use,sell or desynth.
