So

-Quit for 2 years after playing for 1. Just came back a week ago.
-In my 30's
-I normally only play healers (WHM has been my main)
-4-5 hours a day after my 9 to 5 job.
-Longer/shorter on weekends, depending.
-Swears like a sailor
-I just wanna play with the same group of people, or voice chat if nothing is going on.
-Enjoy leadership position. I do well with raid coordination. Not a requirement.
-Small guilds who can prove they're growing respectfully fast are not a problem.

-Critical: Play to win, play for fun. Lets have a goal, and accomplish it. If someone is terrible, calmly replace them, or try to coach them. I'm good, and I like playing with good people. I refuse to sacrifice progress for the sake of elitism and toxicity.

You're a bad fit if people are:
-Young children
-Not active people in the game and on comms.
-Not interested in grouping
-Concerned about swearing

Short Blurb:
I want a real FC. People on routinely, doesn't have to be obsessively. If levels/gear matchup, ideally SOMETHING should be going on every single day. Even if it's just "hey there's 4 of us lets do a thing real quick". I'm a healer. If I don't have people to heal, that blows.
