I have posted about this in another thread before and got recommended to make a bug report about this. So here it is. The Palaka Vest of Aiming just looks like there is something off about it, compared to the other Palaka chest pieces. The striking and scouting vests also seem a bit off, but the aiming one by far the most.

Edit: here is the thread I made before https://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/...wn-splat-on-it

Here is the Vest of Aiming:

As you can see on the top right of the vest, there is this one singular dark brown splat that stands off against the rest of the vest. It is not dyable and the color does not match anything, neither the black on top nor the the light silver details. Also note that this vest has a collar which only shows at the backside and not the front. Which in my opinion, also looks kind of odd.

Here are the scouting and striking vests

They have the same collar situation and "splat" pattern, but here the "splat" color matches other colors of the vest, which make them just blend in.

Here are the fending and healing vests for reference

These vests do have a nice collar on the front side, and the "splats" here have a more symmetrical (and not singular) design and they make sense.
