All my Cracked Anthocluster (about 46 pieces) disappeared from my Inventory.

I am 100% sure that I did not discord it or exchange materia X from the Materia Vendor.

I have noticed that there is a rule of one time restoration if the items are discarded/sold/transformed by mistake.

However, I did not discarded/sold/transformed it by mistake and all the Cracked Anthocluster just disappeared from Inventory by BUG.

I spent a month to collect them in daily missions Can you please help me to restore my items back? Thank you very much!
