FC Only Wards vs Personal Only Wards

I think this is a fantastic idea. However, free companies make the wards feel more active. I think a great idea would be to swap which wards are fc only and personal only every other patch or so. It would help keep wards more active.

They said in the Live Letter that they will be doing this though as they feel is needed and not on a patch schedule. That will leave wards with mixed owner types in the long run (new ward additions will take a while to get mixed).

I don't really see a difference, at least in my ward in Goblet I hardly see a soul except for maybe one or two people every now and then.

I made this argument a long time ago, that they should have kept FC's in section to themselves. Also in those FC wards made more medium and large plots to accommodate larger FC's. Also that FC's shouldn't be sold for private use. Maybe make the requirements for having and keeping an FC a bit more strict.
