Making use of gender-unlocked gear

Really I just wanted to be happy about the Thavnairian Armlets being available, since they're a nice sleeve-altering piece, but that's a bit narrow for a thread. So what is everyone else happy about that used to be locked and is now available?

The Thavnairian Headdress is another piece I'll potentially make use of – interestingly, while it's not about gender specifically, I only realised since the unlock that the fabric frills sit differently on different races according to ear shape. On the races with human ears or high-positioned animal ears, the frills are on the sides, but for Au Ra and Elezen (and I assume Lalafell) they're further back so the ears don't clip through.

But for now, the armlets. Hooray.

I do not have images on hand, but I have gotten so much mileage out of the Loyal Butler's top for Magician!AST/BLU glamours. It really was the missing piece to so many outfits I have tried to make work in the past (and failed).

I knew before male viera were even announced that, one day, I would want one in a maid outfit for a retainer.

And now, at long last, I have him. He is MINE, and he is glorious. Also have a lizard man in the Thav outfit set and it's been a treat. So far not a lot for my character, but I do enjoy the expeditioner's coat.

Viera and Au Ra can both pull off the feminine look well, in different ways.

As for the expeditioner set, that's another one that's nice to have unlocked. Both the tops are quite gender-neutral, just different styles. I haven't found a use for it yet but I hope the tabard will look good on my future male Viera alt. (He keeps getting pushed back while I do things with my other alts, but he will get underway soon.)

I swapped to the Expeditioner's Pantalettes for Tsiron's SAM glam, it's not that noticeable (outside of some extreme angles, anyway) but I enjoy the contrast they add
