Yes, I am totally choosing to not receive another coin during my second Euphrosyne run of the week. That is definitely not the game forcing it. All those extra savage runs i did? Yeah i didnt want anything from them anyway!... /s
So you're complaining about not being BiS when gear is just going to be invalidated in less than 4 months. My guy, what is the point? If this was before 6.3 I'd understand, but we're almost to 6.35 and 6.4, where the final gear ilvl upgrade occurs for the expansion.
If the gear doesn't matter, then why does it need to be arbitrarily limited?
To prolong the relevancy of raid content. Without it, you'd get less parties wanting to rerun it since people will get what they need within a week, heck maybe less than a week. And then we'd have even more people complaining about not having much to do.
Must be nice having all the time in the day to do jack squat.
Correction: There is so much to do... for players who haven't been playing for several expansions now and are mostly (if not entirely) caught up on everything. While this doesn't necessarily apply to everyone the patch cycles simply don't offer much in terms of new content. Case in point, 6.3 is decidedly lacking.

I see this come up a lot, but I've been playing for 13 years nearly and I still have pve and pvp stuff to complete. Maybe I'm not as efficient as some, but like, unless you only go for certain things, or you have a huge group that can know stuff out quickly, you won't have everything complete even if you have been playing for years.
Not everyone is in a top 10% group for pve content either.
I'm not saying you need to be in one of those to complete the content at all, but it certainly helps you complete stuff a lot faster than others.

If there isn't a point to it, then why is it still capped? Why is it capped at all if it will just be invalidated by crafting gear 2 patches after the tier releases XD? Again to my point: If Yoshi P wants me to take a break, why do they arbitrarily limit so much content? If you have a reason for it, then Yoshi P doesn't want us to take a break, which brings us back to the issue of content
But then isn't the answer to that "just take a break lmao"?
But it has the opposite effect. People do their one clear and then peace out for the week. If they could farm gear, people would be more inclined to join PF groups and the like to, say, play an alt job or something.
I don't really mind it that much. I have plenty enough to do as it is. It's a massive game and even to this point now I still feel that I'm playing catch up at times.
If you're someone that mostly focuses on the MSQ or you're someone that's already done the majority of the content in-game then I can understand why you might feel that way, but for a lot of us there is plenty to do.
