Meanwhile, FC estates are also at risk with the implemented system, and they failed to put any restrictions on ownership until after the the demand rose above the supply (and they had a good while to do that, too). They've already proven that they can flag the different ownerships differently from each other, and the spaghetti code doesn't seem to be getting in the way of them being able to implement restrictions or update player flag data on a system they put in, so why are both at risk if it's only personal homes that were never intended and are, therefore, the problem? Furthermore, that ultimately wouldn't have solved anything with housing, because anyone could make an FC and meet the requirements to have a house, especially for what they were at the time (I haven't checked, but they may have updated it since the initial "get your FC to rank 6" singular rule).

But again, this is only a small piece of the whole issue.
