    Veteran healers don't care if we need to heal, but right now we don't. We want interesting things to do during the downtime other than a 30s dot and a single filler spell that hasn't changed from lvl 4 to lvl 90.
    Dead DPS do no DPS. Raised DPS do 25/50% lower DPS. Do the mechanics and don't stand in bad stuff.
    Other games expect basic competence, FFXIV is pleasantly surprised by it. Other games have toxic elitism. FFXIV has toxic casualism.[/LIST]

    Depending on releases if you look up patch dates it seems pre-expansion and the X.1 after expansion are usually the longer gaps of 4-5 months so it is currently in line with that. After that they follow to the letter for the most part outside of the covid delayed 5.3 for instance.

    So uh... Endwalker did not actually release on the 19th of November. It's original release date was supposed to be Nov 23rd with EA to start on Nov 19th. However, that was delayed by 2 weeks and EA was released on Dec 3rd with the official launch date of EW being on Dec 7. And Mid April is probably going to be about April 12th so if that is the case then that is pretty damn close to 4 months on the dot, not 5.
