How is anyone fine with the 4-month patch delivery schedule?

So let me ask you this, what would an ideal patch cycle look like to you, what are you looking for in an endgame that isn't being delivered? Please be as specific as possible.

I am not looking for anything in particular. I am simply asking Square Enix to increase the quantity of content that they're offering. As it stands we are getting less and less each expansion, no matter what the people on copium would say.
