I'm not even convinced they could do a faster schedule if they wanted to. The game is essentially coded in a single excel spreadsheet. Stuff just doesnt work. The upcoming wings in combat thing is a perfect indication for that: it wont apply to instance servers. The game's structure is just so fundamentally broken that there is no fixing it. It feels very similar to the flash version of binding of isaac.
