Well it's the model SE take. They make lots of shirt loved content that they need to do non stop over content that will last longer.
You may want to do it then? The problem is people that got nothing to do got a point as much as the one that say they got non stop things to do. What not change is the fact each patch on it self is to short. Why? Content is to easy. The one you need to run all the time. Like dungeons or raids. Like if I did not liked the gear in the new raid I will not run it more that 2-3 times. What saved this patch is the pvp and them finally add a content that take some time and fun.
I'm hoping so, it'd make things easier in the long run.I actually wonder if they plan to tweak older content to atleast add or uniform the markers on boss fights. As an example I don't think they really started using that specific marker for "tank buster" attacks till Shadowbringers outside of raid content but they added it to the duties they reworked.
They also changed the stack markers in CT so it's not even things they overhauled just for Duty Support. They seem to be working on consistency down the line, which is very nice.I actually wonder if they plan to tweak older content to atleast add or uniform the markers on boss fights. As an example I don't think they really started using that specific marker for "tank buster" attacks till Shadowbringers outside of raid content but they added it to the duties they reworked.
I'm a doctor about to start residency this year.
In about two months, it'll make no difference if the patch cycle was 2, 4, or 6 months.
In these next three years (but more so the first), I'll count myself lucky if I'm even able to turn on my console and choose that over sleep... lol.

...and yet the upcoming mini patch is adding custom deliveries and beast tribe quests. The former of which is a weekly task and the latter of which is a daily task.
I'm by no means a fan of the direction WoW has since gone in, though it didn't always lean heavily on busywork and it has at least consistently kept an open world intact in order to encourage exploration.
They space out content so all playstyles are given adequate time to finish things and not feel rushed. If there's not enough for you, can dive into older content or take a break till the next patch. A lot of people use the downtime to work on achievements, level alt jobs, clear old raids or even basic stuff like stockpiling mats for patch day crafting & gil making. Find something else you enjoy doing or take Yoshi's advice and turn to a different game for now. You won't miss anything.
That why you make something that can last longer. Like a random boss rush mod that getting harder the more you go.
