    Bought items on mogstation but mail was full

    Hey!
    Just a while ago I bought few items on mogstation, though it turned out that my mailbox was almost full (got one item, other 3 are missing). I was wondering if they went straight to the garbage since my mailbox was full or is there a chance that they will be sent later on? I deleted all the msgs after i saw that it was full.
    Any ideas?

    Hi,

    Usually they will come in if you empty your mailbox. Whenever I start a new character, I get loads of mails from account-bound purchases I've made and they can't get all in. I just open the letters, get the content and delete it. The rest comes in later.

    Don't worry they never get lost.

    Make sure you've cleared enough from the second tab though. The first tab is 100 letters, the second is for SE stuff and is only 20.

    After you've removed some of the messages, click the "Request redelivery" button in the top middle of the screen (small circle) and it'll usually arrive within a few minutes. Sometimes (mainly account wide items) it can take longer, but don't panic, they are never lost.
