Changing character name

Hi, I have just brought the character renaming service. I then exited the game and logged back in which then the game prompted me to change name, which I did from Ayaka Kamisatoo(old name) to Ayla Kiana(new name). The renaming service went through and my name had changed to Ayla Kiana. I then played the game for 30mins and then went afk since I had something on. When I came back, I was logged out and was greeted with the title screen. I then tried to log back into the game but was greeted with the name change prompt again, which it asked me to change my new name(Ayla Kiana). I quite like the new name that I have made and I do not want to change my name again. Is this some sort of bug or something? Please help, I cant log back in without changing my new name.

Based on the information provided, it appears that the name you are trying to use is already in use in the system or is being forced to be changed through other means. Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with this type of issue via the technical support forums and this type of concern is best handled by a Game Master in-game. You may contact a Game Master using the /supportdesk command for further assistance.
