It's honestly pretty tame to the no-healer stuff we used to do in FFXI.

In FFXI, dieing can set you back days worth of progress between a combination of EXP loss and item loss. These guys doing the whole fight with just monks was risky. Especially for this fight: where these bosses had two jobs (example: PLD and WHM) on top of dealing a good amount of damage and having huge HP pools.

This required much more coordination and risk acceptance than that 8 man WAR P2S in FF14.
