For a long while people have also been using certain less-then-legit methods to tell what instance they're getting from the roulette in advance and immediately backing out if the game queues or starts queueing them into an instance they don't like so they can avoid an immediate penalty.

I'm not sure if they can actually do anything to fix that particular problem, though.

Remove the ability to change gear when you que. You already can't join parties, and when you get matched you can only commence or withdraw.

Unless they actually que in looking like Jackass' Party Boy and not glamoured, in which case should be reportable if it isn't.

Um no, some people like me go do other stuff like hunts, FATES or beast tribes while we wait for queue and usually I toggle between jobs while I'm at it.
