More often than not, it isn't an exploit and one or more people are either new, or don't meet the requirements for higher raids. They could fix it so players can't force it, but the chances are so stupendously high that at least one person is under level 60, that the effort to force it let alone program the game so it can't happen is a ton of wasted effort.

It is literally the exact same with Raid roulette, and more often than not you are heading right back into Alexander.

In the dev's eye, there is nothing to fix here. It is working as intended because roulette's are a way to reward the player for their contributions to the community. What should be done though is allowing a greater compensation due to the lv and/or ilv discrepancy between those who are leveling/choose to naked queue, and those of the higher lv and ilv. I think this is done somewhat, but not enough to prevent threads like this from popping up.

I just wish I could opt out of the CT raids, they're not fun.

just as a point of information 80 skips only unlock the CT raids so SE doesn't seem to care if the others are run or not. Why don't they unlock all the raids?

What duty is that image for and at what time of the day??


I too could queue as DPS for Puppets as a DPS at 4am then take an image and make a post just like this

2PM Gmt -3 on Sunday, NA servers, Puppet's Bunker. It is included on roulette, so there's no reason it should take THAT long to find a party. Considering we have 4 series of Alliances so far, 12 raids in total, every raid should have an equal 8.3% chance of showing up in a roulette queue, unless of course someone is exploiting a system mechanic to eliminate some of the possible results.

Well, I'm not saying that it effects the queue *that* much but it probably does effect the queue some given how many people are doing it. The exploit is pretty simple, take off clothes to lower ilvl so you get a level 50 alliance. They do this because those are faster. Simple as that.

Effortless experience on tank and spank "bosses" that only really kill players that are completely unaware of how the game works (usually new players).

Yea a lot of key info cropped out. I doubt queueing for alliance roulette in peak would get that far. I got rabanastre two night back and waited less than 5mins (with dps in need too might I add)

Yeah idk I got Orbonne and Puppet's multiple times this week lol pain.. but yeah that que time is crazy, wth happened to make it so long??? Even as dps that que should be 5-8mins..

There you go . THAT is the reason why, i would be very surprised to find groups quickly at the time on an NA server on a Sunday. Small edit - just to add- if I'm converting correcting that would make it around noon EST or 9 am west coast, so I wouldn't expect it to be the mots popular time.

Yeah the time whilst long is hardly surprising

@OP You see context matters -come 3pm onwards they time should be drastically lower , but its still Sunday so its hard to say how busy your DC is

There is a bonus to reward a player for discrepancy between their level and the level of the duty, but not between players iirc. Even then, this is an exp and gil bonus. There really isn't a good system in place to reward the players who want higher level content when doing roulettes. That's what needs to be fixed. If they were to implement the system I proposed, those who choose to naked queue would arse themselves right out of the greater reward.
