    Easy solution to that is simply making it a prerequisite to access Alliance Roulette not unlike how Expert Roulettes gets locked every time patch that releases a new dungeon. How would that work? Put it behind finishing each expansion's final quest just like Crystal Tower.

    For example sake on how this could work. If you have a level 70 job, you must have unlocked and completed all three Ivalice raids, and then meet the min ilvl for Orbonne Monastery to access Alliance Roulette.
