Thread: [GMT+10] [HC] Static recruiting for 6.1 ultimate

Open roles:
- None

Schedule (tentative):
- GMT+10
- Aiming for 20~30 hours per week
- Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday: 3~4 hours between 8pm~1am (exact times TBD)
- Saturday/Sunday: 3~6 hours between 3pm~1am (exact times TBD)

Goals:
- Clear within 1 month
- Farm at least 6 tokens
- Possible alt job runs after
- Not for weekly savage!

Requirements:
- Must have cleared (on-patch) a savage tier within 4 weeks of starting 1st floor prog, or an ultimate within 8 weeks of starting prog (requirement relaxed)
- Have purple or better parses, and can consistently get blue or better
- Not reliant on callouts or VC
- Not reliant on ACT or addons (but feel free to use them)
- Able to study streams/strats outside of raid hours
- Able to identify and correct your own mistakes
- Able to criticise strats and each other's performance civilly, and be able to take criticism
- Some toxicity is ok, but don't overdo it
- Can use (text) Discord for organisation and discussion
- VC available, but no routine callouts after consistently passing a mechanic
