    Constant dx11 crashing at the Shadowbringers Mage Class questline

    I've been crashing at the mage questline several times. What happened was that I had completed the level 80 instance, which is followed by a cutscene. My game crashed at that point, and every time I log in the game attempts to resume the cutscene but it keeps crashing. I logged onto my alt account on the same data centre and server and it was fine, so that's how I know the issue is the situation around this quest in Ahm Araeng.

    Please help me figure out what to do, I have updated my drivers and I even reduced my graphics quality, but I still keep crashing!
