    Account fee's charging 3 times the real amount

    Good afternoon technical staff.

    I have had this problem the past 4 months getting drastically worse every month. I have placed several support tickets and haven't gotten a resolution. I keep being charged an outrageous amount more than the total cost of my services which is 9 retainers, The application, and a 1 month service subscription. Which equals around 33 dollars. However im being charged anywhere from $45.00 to the most yet is 134.89 I am trying to attach links to this to show the amounts.

    hmm there is only one thing i can think of, but that depends on this

    Do you auto-renew? or do you manually buy a month at a time? It also pends on how you buy said sub and services, Crysta/steam/card/etc.

    my path puts it around 33-36 per month like yours. only way I can think of it charging more is if you buy 3/6/12 months at one payment. If you do end up showing the costs! hope someone can help!

    I am setup for auto renew, but there is no reason for them to charge 134.89 for a 33~ dollar amount. I also don't think I posted this in the right spot. I am sorry if it's in the wrong place this is my first post

    I've put 5 tickets in total to the billing side each time it says call my bank. My bank tells me to call the company that made the charge. This is a grevious overpayment. For a 33 dollar services they are charging me 134 dollars this month. I am the one missing money. But no one seems to be helping so I reached out to somewhere.

    Do you live somewhere with a bad exchange rate? I know some people pay a higher sub because of it.

    Have you logged into the Mogstation to check your payment history? It'll show how it's broken down between retainers/subscription, but it sounds like you're paying for multiple months at a time, not a single month (in which case the retainers will also be charged for multiple months too).

    Do you have more than 1 service account too? I'm also thinking you have a subscription setup on both of them which would explain multiple payments (one for each service account, not two for the same service account).

    Also in the Mogstation you can "List subscriptions" which will show all active subscriptions and the amount it'll charge you next time. This will show what is currently active as well as their expiry dates (so you can see how long they are paid up for).

    I have only one account. I spoke with the chat program and was told it's not ff14's problem because the charge doesn't show up on my ff14 account. So now I'm out 100 dollars. And nothing is happening. Thanks for the responses everyone. Unfortunately it appears nothing can be done. If I dispute the charge I was told my account will be banned. So no matter how I look at it. I lose
