Balmung can't be selected for transfer

Balmung still is closed after many months of trying to transfer. I have even seen that Balmung can't be selected to transfer AWAY from Balmung to another server. I want to join my new FC as soon as possible and the fact that it has been on lockdown for so long is hindering my enjoyment of the game. Is there any true time window of when this will be resolved? Any way to increase the server load for higher populated servers? What am I to do?

In the event you are unable to transfer from one server to another due to congestion issues, unfortunately we do ask that you try again at a later time as there are no guarantees when or if the server will be made available.
