Definitely. I really, really hope it isn't just the faces getting upgrades on the character models. I wouldn't put it past Enix to do that too- they've done stuff like that before.
Because, when they show something, they literally mean just that.
They've been misleading at live letters before not intentionally- likely due to translation.
An example I remember, were the terms used to describe the Hrothgar customization pre ShB. Literally said "They will have robust customization."
Which makes it seem like they would have a large selection to pick from, when they really meant the Hrothgar are big.

In order to improve both things they need to do it for every item for all races and genders. I will be surprise if they do it.

They have to do it anyways because they are updating textures and fabrics. So it is a good opportunity to take IMO.

I fear they don't upgrade any of the models and just slap better textures over them. I don't look forward to that if the hunch is correct

I think this would be hard to do since they would need to remodel every piece of gear that shows those, like every glove that shows fingers would have to change their models individually. I think if they give high resolution textures to the body (including hands and feet) like they will do with the faces, it will already improve it a lot!

AGREE! The false nails from the beast quests are a tad better, but they def need some help.

Yeah you know that was actually a consideration before doing this post. I think I have never seen one post where feet are mentioned anywhere without someone automatically turning it weird for no reason. Despite that I decided to bite the bullet and do it anyways because when people stay silent and don't create awareness about some obvious bad issues the character models have then we all lose for it.

So it's actually a disservice to the community to make things weird and have noone want to talk about them because these issues become overlooked since noone says anything and they never get fixed.
