Digital Store: Double of Same Item Sent

I purchased the 3 emotes below:
Dote
Songbird
Play Dead

Date of purchase: 2/20/2022

Server: Famfrit (USA)
Character Name: Edyn Nyte

I collected all three emotes from the in-game Delivery Moogle. I proceeded to right-click-use the first two, 'Played Dead' and 'Songbird'. For the third item, I did not pay attention to the name of it and proceeded to right-click-use and I get an error message saying, "You have already acquired the knowledge contained in that tome".
I take a look at the item's name "Ballroom Etiquette - Improper Amorism". The only emotes I got were 'Song Bird' and 'Played Dead' but I never received the 'dote' emote at all and got some error tome.

Can you please send me the right emote named "Dote"? I know it's listed in my purchase history and you guys have access to view it.

Ballroom Etiquette - Improper Amorism is the /dote emote tome.
The error you got when attempting to use (right click) that tome is due to you already learning /dote.
To see if you actually have that emote, type /dote in your chat.
If your character blows a "heart" kiss, then you already have that emote... if you do not have that emote, then your character will do nothing.
You can also access your emote window, via Social/Emotes in game, click the magnifying glass icon and type /dote.... if it is already in your list, it will show the emote and it's icon.

If you already have learned the emote, and have bought a second copy of that tome, you can put in a "return / refund" request via the Support ticket system.
