Blacklist size increase?

For anybody that plays regularly, the blacklist is useless. There's many valid reasons to blacklist somebody. I must find space on my list every week.

Everybody on my blacklist is there because I never wanted to see them again (even though blacklist only keeps them out of my PF, this is still a benefit). It makes no sense why I would ever take somebody off my blacklist.

200 wasn't good when the game lacked cross-world party finder. Now, our player pool has multiplied many times, we need a larger blacklist to accommodate this.

300-500 is too small of a capacity increase and we'll have the same problem when our lists refill. I'm not sure if even 1000 is enough.

The blacklist needs more usability. We should be able to search for specific names and be able to sort them alphabetically.

Also, I'd like to be able to access my blacklist in a duty, and blacklist people inside duties. This was a major problem in exploration content.
