    Suggestion - Primal Temples

    I think one of the most disappointing aspects of the primal fights (beyond the style of item acquisition) was the method of entering the instanced arena. It seems the majority of the game's content (primal fights and raids) are all accessed via a dull, featureless cave. What sort of build up is that? I'm assuming it's mostly due to the focus on 2.0's world design, but I would like to suggest something on that note:

    Primal Temples

    Basically, open world mini-dungeons of sorts which would house the waypoint to the primal fights. Imagine large cathedrals, designed with their corresponding beastman's architectural style in mind, full of fire/wind/moogle based themes and symbols, chock full of high priests, guards, and perhaps an NM or two guarding their precious waypoint within.

    I find this an excellent way to combine interesting open world content with instanced boss fights, something for everyone to enjoy! Besides, those featureless caves need to go and I hope that either way, something a bit more exciting is done with them in 2.0

    That's a wonderful idea. Maybe something like the temples of FFX, where you need to go through a trial and solve some puzzles and stuff like that. I always liked that and FFXIV need more mini-games if you ask me!

    No point creating a completely new zone for this current version of game. I do hope it changes in V2.0.

    this idea is something can be worked out.... i saw future on it

    i will ADD something

    think on a primal temple full of Guards and High Priest and NMs..... but add some nice factor... remember yoshida-p coment about primal ben capture by Compains and only the campaing how capture the primal can summon it.

    think about in the limit time for a campaing City keep the primal they fellows Tribe Come to town to take his God back.... example


    lets says The Immortal Flames Capture ifrit.....
    in a time of 72hours if they dont Summon Ifrit on a large Scale Event lets says VS the Empire...... The Base of the Amja send a Scout Team to Ud to take his God back...... if The immortal Flames Beat then up.. they keep it. if they win they show a big SC where ifrit is Release from a "Jar" or a "jail" where it was captured......

    also each time Beastmen fails on get his God back. they will Raise 1 point of dificulty..... and to lower then Ranks the Campaing will have to send Trops to fight NM's "High Priest" on they Outpost to take they full Force down.....


    guys be Creative..... lets make workout on soemthing that Dev team can use on the new Way the game is taking... and i think Temple is a winer

    yea... they will send trops to get they god back..... but Temple will be on a Holy Area for beastmens lets says not inside they lore Strongholds

    usualy Ifrit pops into a volcano.... im not crying about the volcano again... i get over it lol

    but lets says a "Fire Temple" (tentative) and inside mobs lv52-56 and boss for Droping Ifrit Assesorys or gear lets says Ifrit Earring, Ifrit Ring, or soemthing to work out on temple... also they drop inferno items to pop ifrits on the BC arena.....

    and lets says The Immortal Flames Capture ifrit

    there will pop a lv60 Boss on they Temple or lv65 will need 8-16 people to work out and take it down other wise they will come on full Force and Strike on Ud

    and Primal can works as place holders for this NMs to pop... also they can make NMs do a Walking on open map on the Way to ud like Besiged on FFxi..... was very nice see Beastmen tribe run truw the Open map and you try to slow then down to dont take the City... and primals can be like Astral Candence.... Something that they Desespered Wanted......

    no, not like the current beastmen strongholds. like an actual TEMPLE that embodies the primal (ie. Ifrit's Cauldron being an actual fiery volcano that invoked the essence of Ifrit) there's a completely different aesthetic and function there lol.

    New appropriate and suggestive stronghold in-theme with a final (or mid) zone for Altar or something like that were beast-tribe evoke the primal... (and then enter in the istance)
