Aside from the surrealism of a digital Item being limited, I think it's a real bummer that the bonus items are now limited to one character when they used to be account wide. Just... why? I already have a code, what prevents them to give the item to all characters, as it clearly was possible some years ago...?

IMO, I'd rather have them not put in-game items as incentives to buy merch AT ALL.
Include the minions on the mog station, and give a mog station coupon to anyone who purchases your merch.

I bought HW soundtrack a year ago and learned the hard way that minions are not included after the first batch. But they are still HIGHLY advertised on the product pages and they you get corporate responses about the fine print. Very insulting already, but then I come across a reddit post where someone in the same situation as me, who did the same thing as me, actually got a code while i didnt! https://www.reddit.com/r/ffxiv/comme...a_minion_code/ And now support won't give me one 'because my order is too old' this is all extremely irritating and could so easily be avoided if you just removed the minions from the product pages entirely once they are out of stock or something.

Please be considering of your customers and not just money grabbers. I won't even go about why the hell are codes even temporary.
