A New Restoration? Ala Mhigo?

I have no issue with going back to the First to help out with restoration, but some people have taken that a bit too far and suggested converting Amaurot to housing. It is a MASS GRAVE for crying out loud. It is beyond tasteless to suggest building houses over the graves of others.

I mean for all we know the houses in all of the other zones could be built on burial grounds lmao.
