Exactly so yoshi’s statement doesn’t even hold up in ultimate, healers are basically impossible to make difficult and engaging with their current design because 99% of it just revolves around making the content itself harder which still makes it more entertaining to do on literally any other role

The worst part about Yoshida's statement and the general community that parrots the "go play Savage/Ultimate if you want to be engaged on healer" is that if you actually do this content and say "this changes literally nothing" they'll just turn around and say "not everyone plays at your level, stop being an elitist this game is designed for everyone not just you sweaty toxic elitist tryhards, not everyone is as good as you, my experiences in Sastasha on healer are very hard and stressful BE KIND"

There's no winning with this mindset and its very disheartening to hear it from the director of the game because it has not ever been a legitimate response to 1 button spam being boring.

Sorry kids but a THM level 4 rotation is a little too complex for healers so we have decided to remove healer DOT’s, pls look forward to it

Also made it a little farther in DSR and ya its again more mechs needing to be done right than healing other than the Wroth Flames. Pretty sad that techically speaking there are only 7 healing checks in the fight in total. Rewind, Wroth Flames, the 3 akh morn edges and the 2 gigaflare edges.

Yep, before rewind for us, only thing dicey in the comp was Nidstein dual tank busters, as they kept saying they didn't have enough to kitchen sink so using whatever is available for that since eye bleed phase is peanuts.

Basically a spreadsheet out the mitigation plan and stick to it fight, aside from mechanic and raid endurance.

Entire expansion for healers feels gutted, and who knows what simplification (mess-up) will happen to Astro that we'll be right here to dissect.

Yes because go play ultimate to get any enjoyment out of a role that is still the least fun role to play said ultimates on is definitely a healthy philosophy for a game that relies on having healers for all content
