The WHM changes aren't as good as they seem since a lot of the changes don't even affect lvl 90 gameplay. Heck, they don't affect much gameplay 74+. Aero II is much more efficient than Dia now, for example, to the point where Dia is a pretty big downgrade. WHM mana recovery after a death is still going to be a pretty big issue as well. A lot of people are happy with the misery change and faster lily change, but if we're being honest here, the misery change should have been there since 6.0 and even then the fall off damage got nerfed even from before (disclaimer: I don't 100% know how the math works out but strictly potency wise 900 * 75% = 675 potency to mobs other than the first vs 1240 * 50% = 620 potency to mobs other than the first.)
