    Summary Below

    -- Offensive --

    Every offensive ability now has purpose and a real reason to exist beyond "you hit it on CD for damage".

    Increased how much WAR has to do in between burst windows.

    Added an Enshroud-style gauge with a heavy-hitting finisher for WAR to manage and line up with IR.

    Added 7.5-12.5 seconds of other GCDs per minute to cut down on Storm's Path spam. (~10-11s average)

    Potential Issue: Reclaimed Fury would enforce a certain GCD speed in order to fit 7 GCDs within the buff.

    Potential Solution: Reclaimed Fury grants 7 stacks of the buff for a ~20s duration(and potentially make Finality end the buff when executed).

    Potential Issue: Finality has a recast of 5s which could be awkward/slow and would enforce it's use as the final GCD within Reclaimed Fury.

    Potential Solution: Finality has a normal recast time instead.

    Potential Issue: Reclaimed Fury could be used twice within a raidbuff/potion window. This isn't necessarily an 'issue' but more a notable consequence of these changes.

    Potential Solution: Reduce the total amount of Lingering Fury that can be held to 50 or 60.

    -- Defensive --

    Rebalanced Holmgang compared to Living Dead to reflect the actual strength of the two abilities.

    Potential Issue: Holmgang and Living Dead now share a cooldown.

    Potential Solution: Living Dead cooldown reduced to 240s.

    Potential Issue: Shake it Off still dispels your cooldowns, making it difficult to use during tankbusters.

    Potential Solution: Shake it Off no longer dispels cooldowns and no longer scales based on how many you have active.
