Main story roulette was the one thing that i could go in and socialize with people, and level up, it was the most fun in the game because nobody cared about you...and you taking that away? Thanks...its clear nobody cares about me, this game took me out of depression at my phycologist request...but now its getting me back into it...
you change pvp and msr, the only 2 content i actually enjoy and love...why???

nevermind, some of the guys in my fc calmed me down...but i hope you plan on replacing main story roulette with something that gives the same amount of xp and is as easy as it was before and sociable as it was before, in the same amount of time. i find the way main story roulette is now is amazing, and best content in game by far, itds the only place i can level healers, be sociable and nobody say im a bad player or have anxiety about healing, because i cant heal for the life of me.

im a completionist...everyone wants to do current things, nobody is interested in for exemple doing all relic weapons for every job, and if they are, they expect perfection...its hard

Please seek actual, proper psychological help - I'm saying this as someone who has struggled with depression myself and with the best and kindest intentions: This game cant fix your problems. From what you said, it sounds like it even has a good chance of increasing them. If you're already in some sort of therapy and your therapist actually recommended this... please talk this through with them again and both of you still feel like this is a good idea (: you using the game to connect to others), reevaluate how you can go about this in a more healthy, controlled way.

They're not removing the MSQ-roulette to hurt you, they're removing if for the "health" of the game.

Its understandable that it upsets you, but I'm sure there are other ways to socialize with people within or around the game - there is lots of content that people are intrested in that doesnt involve being a hardcore, super-skilled player. Maybe some of those resonate with you?
Things that come to my mind would be housing (there are several housing communities, with Discord-servers, where people share housing tips and tricks), crafting or a general intrest in the lore/story of the game.
There is also content that doesnt require you to be super skilled, but that can be run with people you know - which, in my humble, personal and unprofessional opinion sounds "healthier" and "better" than short interactions with strangers that you never gonna see again.
I dont think that you cant connect with other people within the game, because its absolutly possible to build deep, meanigful connections and friendships, but MSQ-roulette doesnt seem like the only or even ideal place for this.

You mentioned in a different post that you are part of an FC (which might even care about you)? Is that maybe something you can build on?

And, as a last sidenote: I dont know how well you play. I dont know if you really are a "bad player". What I know is that one can always improve - so if you truely are struggling with that you can improve your skills. You can, maybe with the help of a therapist, also improve your self-estem - since there is a chance thats the bigger issue.

At the end of the day it sucks that you seem to have found a "coping mechanism" (aka the MSQ-roulette) that isnt going to work anymore going forward. But I'm certain that you can find something else that will work - in any case: You cant cure depressions by playing a videogame, even if that feels like its helping. And I'm not saying that its not helping, but its not the cure - the "cure" (if you can even call it that when it comes to depression) is a proper therapy that fits your needs, maybe medication. Please get that professional help - and if you already have that: Discuss this with your therapist. Explain whats happening within the game and why thats a problem, so that you can find a strategy for you going forward.

...think of the depression like a broken leg: Keeping it still will help you not feeling any pain, it might even heal semi-properly. But just keeping it still isnt the fix or the help that broken leg needs, a proper cast is - keeping it still even with the cast is still a good idea, though.
You need this cast, this longterm fix. The MSQ-roulette - or honestly: even the game, even other people outside the game - arent that. They can help, but the healing has to come from the inside.

I hope you find something to enjoy and socialize ingame! I know that some servers have FemRoe-linkshells, maybe there is one like that on Louisoix that you can join? Or something where job performance isnt noticeable, like crafting, housing, glamouring, lore-discussions, fishing, Diadem-gathering (are people still doing that?)...

if its one thing i never wanna see again is diadem...spammed it too much in every restoration for the title(and ive spammed it before, when it was for fighting jobs too). lets just say diadem is a no for me. have started doing a lot of hunt trains and hunts...so that might be up my alley.
