Ishgard Housing No Lottery For Wards

Those complaining about lottery for ishgard prolly have never experienced a new housing ward/region release, you literally have less than 5mins to login and get large/medium houses and 20-30mins for small. They do actually go that fast especially in the popular servers, and for many this is just straight impossible to do. So a lottery is really the only decent solution until the completely overhaul housing, drop so many new wards to cover the player base or add personal homes...

My issue is more i dislike having to put money in, wait, hope, and then if i dont get the plot i lost my chance entirely so for entire fresh wards it's a bit rough to have 'em all be lottery. a few FCFS wards alongside the lottery ones would be best, imo.

As some one who has spent nearly 70 hours over 3 months clicking a damn place card while working a full time job, part time job and looking after her ailing parents and not winning a damn thing except heath problems. I have spent nearly all of my free time that i have for thr game clicking f'n place cards. Its NOT a good system for people who have other things to do and encourages botting. Yes i have friends who have explicitly stated that they are waiting for the lotto system becasue they understand how bs the fcfs system is and they rather play the game they are paying for.
I get bith sides of the argument but what it breaks down to is that the fcfs sytem is bad. Its bad for the physical and mental heath of the player. Its bad encouraging going against tos.
As some one who has spent .. no wasted 70 hours of her life of the bushit system, i cant f'n wait for lotto. I'll finally be able to play the game i love

as someone who spent about 40hrs though out the week for weeks with no house to show for it i decided to wait for ishgard intially figuring i would have a shot of logging in and getting to a house first, then finding out it was going to be the lottery system i was a bit disappointed but its basically RNG on who wins no matter how you cut it whether you be the lucky click or better internet to log in or just putting your name in a bid and hope for the best. my only problem with the lottery for ishgards release is the fact some plots are going to have more people bid on them then other plots just by chance. for this case personally i would rather they have mass pulls since they have plots valued at different prices anyhow you just put a bid on that value meaning you would be able to win any of the houses from that bracket. granted it would take away from being able to choose your ideal location but for me i just want a small house to call my own. honestly lottery has its own drawbacks but the first come system is far worse.
