Add new Alchemical item for Revival

Allow alchemists to create an item, perhaps call it "Smelling Salts" or "Adrenal" That will allow a character to resurrect a player outside of combat, for of course a price.

This will be a recipe that will allow alchemists to make money, and will allow the playerbase as a whole to save time on the whole 5 Minute Raise timer.

Or they can just equip classes if you need that many raises =/. Oh wait maybe ppl forgot classes could do that.

i tryed both & neaither of them would work (well actually neaither of them would let me use it on anyone) glitch or not we need trusty phoenix downs &* mega phoenix downs.

It would be nice for alchemist to have some more useful synths. Though I think one issue with meds atm is they are all on the same timer regardless of which type of meds you use though I"m not 100% sure of it.

As for the Grand company items that already do the same thing, sure they would do the same thing but what's wrong with giving alchemist an option to create the same type of effect. They could easily have it where the Phoenix Down is the same effect as the 15 GC one and the Phoenix Pinion would have the same effect as the 200 GC item. Phoenix Down would be the NQ and Phoenix Pinion the HQ, which should make them rare if you make the "Resonating Phoenix Feather" a rare enough drop just like the vampire plant or even rarer.

What would make the Phoenix Down/Pinion more appealing to those who have them is being able to hold onto 12 of stack and not being limited by the unique/untradeable aspect of the GC versions.

Sure and i would like to have my whm with sacred prism to be able to mass ressurrect :P
I think its good as it is now , there be no reason to sell them at GC anymore if we could make them ourself.
Maybe those items however can be dropped as random loot on primal chests instead of the damn dark matters.
